    I this case, it's not any overheating problems,
    Those are definitly the heat spikes ( https://communities.intel.com/thread/110728 )

    UPD:
    1.25v and x48.
    6 minute CPU stress test. 60-61c.
    Everything seems to work.

    Do i need to mess with that adaptive mode?
