Not sure if this will help but I came across this thread when the LEDs on my C6H randomly turned off and I couldn't get them back on.
I basically had the inverse of what the video in the OP showed.
RAM and CPU LEDs were on but rest of mobo were off
Made me feel like an idiot but what fixed it for me was hitting the DEFAULT button in AURA.

I have not installed the latest BIOS (1002) as I tried the previous release (1001) and it completely crashed my PC and I had to go back to 902

1.04.29 is a old version which adds only devices. It has been added to crosshair support page but it was released a month ago.
