I was going to say the tool pops off after you latch the cpu in place but had that confused with the cpu cover. As long as you got steady hands and can make sure it is lined in correctly you don't need the installation tool. If you do use the tool the tool will stay with cpu after you latch it down. Sorry for any confusion.

So I wanted to see if it could do 5.4GHz with HT off and sure enough it can, the cache wouldn't go at 5.1GHz though.
Far Cry 4 - 5.4GHz HT off, cache at 5.0GHz

After delidding I thought I would try BCLK overclocking again and I am able to hit 312.50 BCLK with the ram running at 2500MHz. For whatever reason the core clock, bus clock, ring clock and system agent clock disappear in HWinfo when setting the BCLK this high but CPU-Z reads it.
The Bus Speed in CPU-Z is the BCLK, NB Frequency is the cpu cache.
