Destiny 2 was released today so I thought I'd try it. I've seen alot of negative reviews about the game already but I ignore them until I play it myself, most of the negative reviews are about the paid DLC and leveling up of characters.
My first impression is it's great ! It runs really well, has good graphics and nice color. The weapons and shooting feels good and the enemies so far aren't that hard to kill but that could change further into the game. It doesn't support OSD (Boooooo) but has a built in FPS counter.

3840 x 2400 resolution.
This is a small step lhigher than 4k which is 3840 x 2160, at 4k you can expect a 3-5 FPS performance gain vs 3840 x 2400.
The 1080 Ti and Titan Xp should be able to keep a solid 60 FPS at 4k with all game settings set to the highest, this is the kind of performance I like to see.
Here is 3840 x 2400, highest settings with SMAA on.

Well Nate I've been in the game and playing with graphic settings to see if I can get this GTX 1070FE run it at a stable 144Hz on my awesome PG279 but it don't look like that's happening so I believe I can get it at 120Hz constant without losing the eye candy. No raw input to this game either but it is what it is.

Destiny 2 Video settings - G-SYNC - 100Hz - GTX 1070FE - ASUS PG279 165Hz monitor
Done, this was the best I could get with a GTX 1070FE. Trying to maximize FPS while trying to keep graphical appearance with g-sync adaptive refresh rate technology. Looks like is time for me to upgrade my graphics card.
