I had never trouble with Msi. A statement from Asus would be very appreciated.*
I give them another 2 weeks, when nothing works I will send it back.*

My RMA has been approved, in fact my other C6H is here now.

I just can't be bothered to change it over yet knowing a fix might be doable via software and might even be right around the corner.

The board is fine apart from the lights but they were a big factor for me.

your RMA is from Asus or your reseller? You also wrote that your second board is already here? (from Asus or reseller)
I am asking, just to be sure what to do if the next Aura update does not fix my lights.

EDIT: Asus has not a direct customer RMA support right?*

    RMA was with retailer.

I actually bought a new board to avoid any downtime, RMA is actually for a refund.

Last possibility would be, that there is also a bug at the led driver in the motherboard, which refuses in some cases to communicate with AURA. the bios says: LED-version led-0116.

ASUS, please make a statement to this problem. Is this problem software related or not? Could we hope for a fix or should we return it?
*Can you test if new bios fix something? I can't because today i receive the substitute for my C6H with Aura issue.

The new Bios does not change anything in relation to Aura.
