I'm in the UK, does anyone have any advice on the RMA process, whether or not I can just get my money back instead of another shoddy replacement (I emailed my retailer but the original sale was 5 months ago and I don't think it's likely they'll agree), or any potential fix for this problem (also seems unlikely).
