I want to upgrade my i3-2310M(i know, i was on limited budget) in my K53SV with ivy bridge i7 Quad when they come out. This will help live up my anemic processor. the cooling system will be enough i believe since temperature is unable to go past 80 degrees with full gpu/cpu load during 10 hrs of play, and i am kinda freak when it comes to cleaning the computer.
my only concern is wether H65M will support ivybridge, And is the processor soldered to the motherboard(since i havent yet removed the heatsink to see whats going on below). I'm mostly concerned with the first issue, but just in case please confirm both.
(gpu is GT 540M running at 775 Mhz core speed- 24/7 stable runing 4 months already, not a single artifact so far,Vscore 1V on the spot)
