Can we get a copy of the STRIX 1080 TI BIOS v86.02.39.00.26 loaded to review cards?

Would it be possible to get a copy of the BIOS version loaded to the STRIX 1080 TI sent to reviewers? I'd prefer my card defaulted to the OC mode rather than having to set it via GPUTweak or similar.

The review BIOS is v86.02.39.00.26.

The shipping BIOS loaded to retail cards is: v86.02.39.00.23

Thanks!*

Fat chance on that.
You might want to hit up Dreamonic.
He runs his own website that is based on modded VBIOS for laptops but Im sure if you tell him what you want he cant help you mod yours for the desired effect.

Doesn't work that way, unfortunately. Pascal BIOSes are encrypted, there is no BIOS editor available -- thus, no custom BIOSes. 😞

Being as this BIOS was made available for the STRIX 1080 OC, I don't see why we couldn't be afforded the same for the STRIX 1080 Ti.*

I would hope for an official word either way, however.*

So.. once again.. pretty, pretty please?*

I don't see any BIOS's being offered here:

Do I misunderstand your meaning?

You can find all available versions of the 1080 STRIX BIOSes here. *

C'mon ASUS, can I get an official 'No' at least? With NVIDIA having released Pascal drivers for Mac, there's not exactly a GPUTweak for Mac -- so this BIOS is the only way I can get my advertised GPU 'OC' clocks under macOS. *

Still looking.. c'mon ASUS!

This is the XOC BIOS (eXtreme OverClockers) provided by ASUS to their sponsored OC/LN2 teams. This is an official (signed) BIOS and not one created by the community. Unfortunately, there has been no publicly available BIOS editor available since Maxwell. Pascal BIOSes can be extracted and read via NVFlash, but if you try to load a modified BIOS it will fail due to not having the correct security signature. That facet has yet to be reverse-engineered.*
