    BTHUSB Event 34

    Try this

    go to control panel
    go admin options
    go computeur manager
    in drivers managers
    open USB bus controler
double click generic USB Hub (all)
    power management tab
Uncheck the box that says "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power"

    Lag

in fact this is the Blutooth module USB.

After a test of driver here : https://devid.drp.su/?dev=USB%5CVID_0B05%26PID_17CF
any version not fix the problem ..
I'm afraid to have to update a firmware of this famous module
The last driver was created on 28/09/2016 12.0.1.1011
There remains a hope that will be updated for 2017

Just so you know I've created a report on Windows 10 Feedback Hub. You might want to upvote it. https://aka.ms/Tjn0rk

Same problem with my RIVBE and W10 Creators. No apparent resulting malfunction. Searching the web for a fix description turned up nothing of value. I have not checked toi see if the MFR has released an update.
I tried unchecking the low power mode box as Galaxis suggests with no effect.

My bigger concern is that after the Creators update the ASUS IO Suite III is graphically unusable and throws dipawaymode errors on-screen.

The Dipawaymode errors usually relate to the Intel MEI drivers not being updated.

I INSTALLED THE LATEST BT DRIVER FROM THE ASUS SITE FOR MY WINDOWS 10 64BIT
TO be clear i cant rememer if i fixed this issue or what i did when trying to fix it.
But what i think i did to fix it after last reinstall was to go to Device Manager > it was eaither USB OR Network adaptors &/or Blue tooth (i believe WIfi/blueooth) right click >propertys >power managment tab untick the "allow computer to turn off this device"

Wish i could give more details, but im certain the issue went away.

This driver bug has never been fixed by Microsoft or Intel.
Have always had this issue logged in Event Viewer with my G751JY + Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 AC 2x2 HMC WiFi Adapter, since Windows 10. Tried ALL Intel Bluetooth Driver versions available since 17.x, 18.x, 19.x... nothing solved the issue.
It looks like this means your device won't benefit of BT 4.0+ lower consumption state.
