It still remembers the aura settings after removing the hotplug tool so there seems to be some kind of service running that is causing me issue.

Can you help me identify the issue please Asus?
I checked with our team and they said that the disconnecting shouldn't be related, they recommended that you uninstall the hotplug tool and also uninstall AURA lighting control.

Can you ask the Notebook Team what the specification of my Thunderbolt Interface is on the G752VT? I'm trying to establish if the 20Gbits/s is a software limitation or a hardware limitation. The last firmware update was NVM 13 which is very old now.

    Thanks again.

Our team is working on a new NVM firmware that will be available to the G752VT and should be available soon.

Thanks for getting back to me Bahz. It's good to know Asus are working on a new NVM for the G752VT. I guess you can probably see where I'm trying to go with this.....will the new NVM enable full speed 40Gbit/s or is the current 20Gbit/s a hardware limitation?

    Thanks again.
