During the process on trying to redeem DOW3 in https://www.asus.com/event/2017/rog/DOW3/Europe/index.aspx, there is no option to select the graphics card, country, store, etc (check screenshot attached). If you click "Select product model" the only option available is the one you see in the screenshot the same with country and so on.

I'm from Portugal and I'm choosing "If you are from Europe and Middle East regions and Africa, please enter here." as per instructions but no luck.

I've bought the ASUS ROG 1080ti Strix on Wednesday and also there is no Asus code included. I've registered the graphics card on my Asus account but I'm quite lost on how to redeem the game (very hyped about it since i own all the 40k games).

Can someone please help me about this?

Just want to update that the issue is solved and I'm now able to choose everything. Thanks.

Just sad that I don't have a Asus code in order to redeem the game.

Already sent an email to my Asus local team some days ago but no reply.
