Hi, looking at the specs for this board, it lists:
- 2 x W_PUMP+ connector (actually it lists it twice..)

Does anyone know if this header is PWN enabled or is it just a static voltage output?

first of all find out how mutch voltage it gives out in case it may burn up the motor.

look in manual ( if you dont have it you can download it from the motherboard site ).

if its 3 pin its rpm only, is it 4 pin its PWM ( and taco signal for feedback from pump/flow meter )

Yes, it's PWM.
