Maximus IX Formula Power on problem

Hi all,
I`m sorry if this is the wrong place to post my problem, but I don't know where else to post it.

My problem is every time I start my pc this happens and it hangs like this. After I push restart everything boots up normally and pc works fine.
Tried to reinstall windows but the problem persists.
I post it here because only component I changed lately is my Mbo, before I had Maximus VII Ranger and everything worked fine.
My specs are: Maximus IX Formula
i7 -6700k
16 GB Corsair Vengeance
2x Strix gtx 970 SLI

Looks like a GPU graphical issue, what PSU are you using?

I would test each 970 individually.
Intel i9 10850K@ 5.3GHz
ASUS ROG Strix Z490-E

EVGA RTX 3090 Ti FWT3 Ultra

I forgot to write it, my psu is fsp aurum pro 1000w.
I'll try to test GPUs individually and write back the results.
