Thanks for posting the model # Nak200.
According to specs at Newegg for this memory it was actually made for the Z170 platform but since you are running Z270 it may not work.
I also checked the QVL for your boards memory and f4-3200c16d-32gtza is not on the QVL list for the Z270 chipset. http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/...491.1491029866
Playing around with the latency settings might work but the better route would be to exchange this memory for memory that is specifically made for your Z270 board.Last edited by chevell65; 04-19-2017 at 06:39 PM.

Usually you get that long single beep but the board is probably slightly hosed at this point.
I'm not sure about the board but I believe all the issues were from using non compatible memory.
I would exchange memory with Z270 compatible memory. Pull cmos battery and drain all power by pushing start button. Let it sit awhile with cmos battery removed then go at it again with new memory when it arrives.

Does your heatsink fan spin up?

The fans spin, but the motherboard don't react to anything.
Pluging a GPU in it does nothing and it doesn't react to missing ram.
[Update]
I redid the cmos clearing with a few seconds extra and it fixed the MB. (Never do that with new boards btw)
Since the BIOS runs fine, crashes on any bootable devices and the CPU being the only part that havn't been replaced (Besides the PSU that I checked). I narrowed it down to the CPU cores (as I bet the BIOS only runs with 1 core).
After disabling all but one core it runs fine. Narrowed it down to core #2 being the cause of the random BSOD's.
I'm going to file an RMA tomorrow and get a replacement.
Thanks for your help.Last edited by Nak200; 04-20-2017 at 07:33 PM. Reason: Update

Same Problem Here
TLDR:
Ever figure out anything else or you just RMA'd the board? I wrote what I am running under here. I can boot into my old installed windows system but the system reboots on it's own within a minute. When I try to do a fresh install, it will a quarter the time just restart on it's own, half the time give me the BSOD, and the other quarter of the time give me a "repair" option.
It can stay on all night if I just leave it in Bios. I have not tried running it on single core like you have done. I am running a very similar setup and having the same problems as you.
What I have tried:
Originally, I had the same Strix mobo, it booted fine BUT ran but ran super slow. Processor speed did not go over 1000mhz.
I tried another CPU in there (6700k) and it worked fine, booted up ran for a little at FULL SPEED. Decided to overclock the memory (was running at 2133mhz). It would not post after (black screen, lights on). Tried the 7700k in a ProGaming Asus board I have (z170 updated bios) and it posted fine (board and system were working fine before). RMA'd the processor to intel and they sent me a brand new one.
Tried the new i7 7700k in the old z270e Strix, and it did not post (LOL). RMA'd the Asus Strix z270e and when the new one came in, everything posted. Windows now will not install, upon booting from a Flashdrive I get the BSOD
"WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"
Instead of installing windows, I decided to just post into my previously installed version of windows 10 (previous build z77 Sabertooth, 2311 mhz g.skill, i7 3770k) that was already on the Samsung SSD. It would get into the OS but mess up reset on it's own about a minute after logging in.
Uninstalled everything but the keyboard, one stick of ram and bootdrive. Same problems as before. But it will not get into windows, usually just BSOD in the beginning.
The z270E can go into Windows and can run for a few minutes, if all hdd's are plugged in lol idk why, then just restarts on its own again.
When I try to post into Windows with just the bootdrive it tries to repair windows and I get the BSOD "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" when I choose to reset the ssd.
