Bent CPU pins on Asus ROG Strix Z270E Gaming

Hello, I accidentally bent the cpu pins on my new Asus ROG Strix Z270E Gaming.
What is ASUS's policy about that? Is there a support email I can contact to get more info?
I am willing to pay to get it fixed instead of buying a whole new mobo.
Mobo was purchased in the EU btw.

Many thanks

Hi g.tse

Welcome to the ROG forum.

Accidentally bending the cpu socket pins is not good, ASUS will likely not warrant an RMA because the damage is user error. If there are only a couple bent ones you could try to straighten them with a wooden toothpick. A magnifying glass, good light and a steady hand are a must when attempting this.

If you bent more than a couple and is unrepairable you might be better off just getting a new board, they'll charge around 150.00 u.s. dollars to replace the socket and you'll have to pay for shipping plus it could take a couple weeks until you get it back.

But if there's only a couple bent ones you can try straightening them, I've seen people here straighten bent cpu socket pins with success.
