Problema con ASus Cashback

Hola, he comprado una placa base Asus MAXIMUS IX FORMULA y una tarjeta gráfica STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING, me he registrado en la promoción de reembolso y han pasado más de 15 días, no me ha llegado ningún correo de confirmación de que la solicitud haya sido aprobada o rechazada cuando en su web pone que a los 5 días responden. Quedan 3 dias para que finalice la promoción de registro, ¿a alguien le ha pasado lo mismo? ¿tendré que volver a registrarme?.
Hace tres días me puse en contacto con support-es@asus-promotion.com y no me han respondido a mi correo. :enojado: :enojado:
