    GPU Speed stuck at 109%

Like the title says, even in idle my gpu speed is stuck at 109%. I honestly dont even know if this is normal but I dont think it is. I tried booting into safe mode and removing all drivers and then making a clean install of em. I even reset my computer as well, nothing worked.

    Hi Feels123

In the nvidia control panel, manage 3d settings, do you have the power management mode set to optimal power?

Try reinstalling the latest nvidia driver 381.89

After the license agreement click custom (advanced) install then uncheck everything except the graphics driver and physx driver and check the only box that says perform a clean installation.

How does it go after this ?

If this doesn't help, uninstall the nvidia driver and reinstall your gpu.

Can you post us a screen shot of GPU Tweak II ?

With the power management mode set to optimal power it should be down clocking at idle.

Yours is not down clocking for some reason.

Set power management mode to optimal power then restart GPU Tweak II, be sure to click apply in the nvidia control panel.

    Nope, didnt work
Also, changing between OC Mode, Gaming mode and Silent mode changes GPU Speed to 110%, 109% and 107% respectively
