I was wondering if the Rampage IV Extreme is affected by the latest announcment by Intel about INTEL-SA-00075?

Intel has announced that OEMs have been notified. Intel says consumer devices are not affected however ASUS has bundled Intel MEI and the mangement engine as part of there drivers and recently there has been upgrades to these drivers. Intel advises mitigating the issue by preventing LMS.exe from running which will stop the connection from the OS side to the onboard mangement chip.

My question is this. Is the Rampage IV Extreme motherboard affected by this and if so will ASUS patch it?
