I wrote a few more emails to Asus and boom. I got my rebate today.
I am not sure if it was a coincidence or not but yesterday I wrote my final complain and I got the money the day after.
I guess we will never know if the mails I wrote had any influence on the process.
Just wanted to give you guys an update and I guess you could feel a little bit more confident that it is possible to get cashback from Asus afterall.

I bought my z270 MB back in march also, and went through the process of applying for £40 cashback in April - one of the reasons i got the board was the cashback offer. I have emailed support@asus-promotion.com. They just send the same answer every time "You will receive the money cashback via money transfer, usually ASUS proceeds within a time period up to 90 days after the release of your application". Well, it's been 90 days and still no cashback. Feels like a swindle to me.

With any cashback or rebate, the normal period is around 3 months but I never once received back the rebate within 3 month period. Just to let you all know, I finally received my cashback today. I checked my bank account this morning and it had been deposited by a company associated with Asus. So basically, I have had to wait just over 90 days but I got it in the end. Special thanks for administrator Bahz for his help in this matter.
