Advice needed on reducing CPU voltage (Z270F)

tl;dr I've got no idea how to reduce the CPU voltage (I'm using Auto atm), so I need advice.

Motherboard: Strix Z270F Bios 0801
CPU: 7700k
RAM: 2x 8Gb G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 15-15-15-35

Ai Tweaker settings:

Ai Overclock Tuner: Manual
BCLK Frequency: 104.00
CPU Core Ratio: Sync All Cores
1-Core Ratio Limit: 46
DRAM Frequency: DDR4-3328
EPU Power Saving Mode: Disabled
CPU SVID Support: Auto

BCLK Aware Adaptive Voltage: Auto
CPU Core/Cache Voltage: Auto
DRAM Voltage: (1.312v) 1.3
CPU VCCIO Voltage: (1.088v) 1.1
CPU System Agent Voltage: (1.216v) 1.2
CPU Graphics Voltage Mode: Auto
PCH Core Voltage: (1.032v) Auto
CPU Standby Voltage: (0.978v) Auto

Everything else is at default/Auto and the computer runs just fine. Max CPU is 46x104=4784Mhz and RAM 3328Mhz.
HWMonitor shows the CPU voltage VID (on Auto) going up to 1.378v max and I want to reduce that by 0.05-0.10v to lower the temps.

What's the best way to do it? Was hoping to set a separate VCORE for each multiplyer but clearly it doesn't work like that...

Thanks.
