Who the hell of comparing them at 100% fan speed?! The second video was made purely as evidence that the annoying howling was there on all speeds.

Have you measured the noise levels? Perhaps you can show some data against the MSI card. These things are subjective, but the Strix is anything but loud in my opinion.

It would be useful to see at that noise level what your gpu temperature and clock sensors should display. Because I can show a gpu ramping up at any speed without telling you anything more, and rightfully you would suggest me that my video is just clueless.
If you could give us more data about that specific loudness that you're concerning with, we'll manage to help you out better, or at least to clarify a bit.
