    Thank you both for the updates, there was a minor revision to address the battery low voltage issue but the current FW on the latest Armoury also addresses this issue even for the older stock. I'm thinking maybe this might be the problem, I will have to further follow up on this with our peripheral team.

    Well nothing, 3 units, 3 with the same problem,
    Tested before upgrading, and then.
    Always in red, taking a few seconds in orange. If it is full load

    I apologize for all the inconvenience caused so far, might be better to hold on to your unit and wait for the next firmware. If the next firmware still doesn't fix the issue then we'll arrange for a product swap with you.

    We currently have a beta version that we're testing, once it's confirmed that it addresses this issue then we'll have an official version updated to the product support site.
