is a corsair h80 safe to use

I talked to Corsair tech to find out if my old h80, not i is safe to use with this board and the 1800x CPU he asked me what socket I using I said AM4 he said that's the bracket, not the socket i told him to look it up he sent me a google link to a bunch of intell sockets i hung up on him. anyway im using a h80 for now waitng for a braket for my h115i the cpu seems a little hot cam shows from 39c to 50c on idla once in the bios it went up to 93c so is the h80 not i safe to use

I am using it; look at my specs with no issues of temperature. I think there is still about 20-25 degrees of temperature offset; meaning you have to subtract that amount from your bios readings.
Also check if the cooler is seated well, not extremely tight but with enough pressure to dispense the paste, assuring full contact of the CPU and cooler base plate.

thanks for the response I think it's ok the temp only went up that high in the bios once that was a month ago it has been run ok since. I can't wait to get that bracket for the new cooler it's going to look nice.
