Stock heat sink, A/M Air cooler, All-in-one Liquid cooler

OK, I have my replacement components coming in and my RAM picked out. The build:

    Case : Phanteks Enthoo Luxe
PSU : Seasonic X-series 650W (from my old PC)
MB : ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero
    RAM : G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200
Graphics card : ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB ROG STRIX OC Edition
    CPU : Intel i7-7700
    O/S : Win10 Pro 64-bit
DVD drive : LG SATA drive
    SSD : Samsung 840 500GB
Keyboard: Corsair Gaming K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Mechanical Keyboard, Backlit RGB LED

I will be honest, when I first started this build I didn't even consider cooling beyond the stock air cooler. But I been researching aftermarket coolers and I ordered the CoolerMaster GeminII S524, and a SilverStone Technology 120mm RGB LED Fan Guard.

I am not trying to set benhmarks with over clocking, just enough to get my RAM up to the 3200Mhz speed. Will this Aftermarket Air cooler be up to the task?

Rated @ 3200 so without cooling it should be fine just make sure ample airflow is going through your case.

That graphics card exhausts hot air mostly in the case - exactly in the path of the CPU cooler intake... I prefer, when it is about these type of graphics cards, to have a side exhaust and reverse the top fans as intake. And/or have tower style cooler facing the intake toward the front of the case. You can also use an AIO cooler with its radiator on the front to get fresh air, then set the rear and top fans as exhaust. I guess, you just will need to play around with the airflow and experiment the best scenario.

Thanks, I was hoping to keep it simple, and keep the RGB in sync with the RGB headers on the M/B too. ALL RGB closed loop coolers seem to need the USB 2.0 header and I still use that, my front panel offers 2:3.0 and 2:2.0.
