I agree. Hard to wait. This is the only description I can find currently. No pictures yet. I hope custom liquid cooling doesn't mean a preinstalled water block.

Definitely some beautiful boards being released, also very glad to see a X299 Apex board
Something to remember and will surely cause some confusion is what features will work depending on which CPU you chose the 4 core KL-X with 16 pcie lanes and SL-X with 28 pcie lanes, vs, SL-X with 44 pcie lanes
As with BW-E different SATA ports will be disabled when using M.2 3.0X4 drives or U.2 drives are installed, USB ports may be disabled, etc. You can imagine the future posts of disappointed people when they have chosen the wrong CPU for their needs
If you are prepared to spend really big bucks on storage there will be pcie cards with multiple M.2 drives using Raid, 4X4 M.2 drives in Raid will deliver some insane drive speeds if that's your thing

ASUS X299 Prime is EXCELLENT!
ASUS X299 Strix is EXCELLENT!
RAMPAGE 6 EXTREME is Here,
I can't say nothing before I see board without LED, I can't look in this picture any more, but I see other parts and heatsink and without RGB LED should look Amazing.
Heatsinks are great I could say that... But I can't wait to see nice high res picture without LEDs, not 3D picture...
There is chance to be nicer for my taste than RVE10.

buying the extreme day one 🙂
Is the form factor known? My build is in a Corsair 460x so bigger the the edition 10 would be a problem for me.
