Shipment from GREECE

I have a G751, which after 1 year of usage, the left and right touchpad buttons stopped working.

However, I didn't find any authorized service in Greece. Probably I would have to send it to another country. My question is:
Has anyone from Greece followed this procedure? If so, where did you send your laptop(contact details)? And finally, how long did it take to get the laptop back?

Thanks in advance ;)*

Welcome to the forums!

Just want to make sure your touchpad cursor is still working and we don't need to do more troubleshooting since it sounds a little unusual if both your left and right touchpad buttons are not working instead of just one of them.

I'm located in the U.S. and am not very familiar with overseas service unfortunately, so you probably want to check or wait for others.

If you purchased the unit locally, or can check with any local stores, consider discussing how to get service with them.

Also, contact your local ASUS support or go to the ASUS website below regarding service for Greece if you haven't already.

Good luck!

I know that we at ASUS Holland deal with Greek units, so you may be able to get it sent into us.

You will of course have to contact your local service centre in Greece, before they (likely) ship it to us.
