I have Xonar U7 MK2. I downloaded official drivers from asus site (https://www.asus.com/ru/Sound-Cards/Xonar-U7-MKII/HelpDesk_Download/)

After installation, some programs began to work incorrectly.

Chrome: mouse lags while browser opening, random mouse lags while browsing
uTorrent/BitTorrent: epic lags when i try to open program or try to do something
Rust: mouse lags while game loading

And this is global bug with ur Sonic Studio. Read:
https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?86124-BUG-Sonic-Suite-2-(lags-programs-and-input-devices)
https://forum.utorrent.com/topic/102127-utorrent-realtek-audio-drivers-freezinghanging-not-respondin...

I read some comments on YouTube under ur Sonic Studio presentation, example:
Dear ASUS, please fix ASUS Sonic Studio Pro. Game/Application kept crashing/freezing while leaving ASUS Strix Sonic Studio enabled on Windows startup such as uTorrent, Bitorrent, Battlefield 3, Resident Evil 5, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Adobe Flash Player, etc. The only way to fix it to disable Sonix Strix Studio in Windows Startup but I lose all that bass feel which is not good at all. I have also filed a complaint to notify driver team to fix it. Note that I am using Asus Strix DLX Sound Card.

No Sonic Studio - no problems. Pls fix ur soft!

After some tests, no lag issues were found when testing with various mice.
What mouse are you using? System specs?
Perhaps you can try removing the drivers from your mouse and see what happens?
If you are using different PCs, what do they have in common?

The links included above are for motherboards, they use a different version of Sonic Studio.
