Hi, recently upgraded my MB, CPU and RAM. When I go into BIOS it says the RAM is 2133mhz, but it should be 2400mhz?

Asus ROG crosshair hero 6
Ryzen 1700x
Corsair 16GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400MHz RAM/Memory Kit 4x 4GB

Any ideas?

DDR4 starts at 2133 so this is the default Mhz, select XMP/DOCP profile and see if it runs on 2400mhz.

OK, strange thing is happening now. The PC is powering up for 2 seconds then off, then on again but it stays on the second time?

That may be a double post... which is pretty common with ROG motherboards after you completely turn off your PC. It is normal until you get some error codes.
