I can suggest this as a feature, but I have no idea when or even if it will be implemented. For now, stick with cases that use standard orientation.

Am I missing something in setting adaptive???

When OCing to 4.4-4.5 using adaptive set to 1.265 and additional turbo set to .01 I always see 1.285-1.322 in windows using Aida64. I have been stepping it down to 1.245 and in windows the voltages in aida64 remain unchanged (still 1.285-1.322)

Am I missing a setting? I have OC mode set to manual as well.

My understanding with adaptive is that the voltages will never be lower than whatever VID is set in your chip for the turbo frequencies. So if the VID for your chip at 4.4 GHz is 1.28 V then you will never see below that when running at that frequency in adaptive mode. To get lower than VID I think you can specify negative offsets, but I also think that means the negative offset will be applied at all frequencies.

So, essentially, the final applied voltage is either your specified voltage or the VID for the frequency -- whichever is higher -- plus or minus any adaptive offset that you've set.

Again, this is my understanding of how it works, I'm sure others can verify or correct me as needed.

    Hello

Monitoring software can not read the voltages of Input Voltage (VCCIN) and Mesh (Cache) for you ?
I hope this is a bug in the bios
It will be a shame not to have these features on this new socket

It will also appear that there is a bug with the Vcore reading, if @stock the Vcore is read correctly but if OC, the Vcore remains fixed in idle (and it is the VID that is read but with wacky values)
And bug with Adaptive mode too ?

    PS: same with Apex

They are scarce everywhere, just takes diligence. I searched almost hourly and out of nowhere they popped up on Walmart. Gone quickly. Just saw new egg had them one minute and less than 30 minutes later........gone. They are only getting small quantities like 10 or so at a pop. **
