I don't think there will be an issue. You might go over to the APEX forum and ask the question there as that board has 2 DIMM.2 and surely someone has used the EK heatsinks.

And another seller has them(so they say the least):

I actually thought about vacation in new zealand. Visiting sauron, coming back with a rampage in your backpack, sounds reasonable ...

On the Apex I have 6-7mm (1/4") of clearance on the left side. The capacitors on the right side are close, only 1-2mm below the NVMe stick

The EK heatsink fits without issue on the M IX Apex so I would suspect the same an RVI Apex, I have one drive on my M IX A, closest to Memory, I can see visible clearance between the Dim and heatsink
I suspect a fan on the fan bracket will provide better cooling than the heatsink but it won't look as good

That Mwave AU site states that it has 2 R6E in stock. So it may actually be real, unlike many of the other "we don't have any, but please order from us anyway" sites.

New Zealand has a growing eco-tourism industry due to its huge amount of natural beauty, like Costa Rica's eco-tourism industry. But I think New Zealand's travel industry is missing out on a business opportunity to offer mobo-tourism travel packages.

"Alien: Covenant" was also filmed in New Zealand. So make sure that your backpack does not have a facehugger clinging to your mobo.

    Newegg now has the R6E!!!!!!!!

    I already placed my order:

    https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16813119017

It showed up between 10:12 and 10:16 AM PST.

EDIT: "Estimated to Ship on 9/15/2017", so this is NOT a pre-order.

EDIT2: My order went from "Order Verification" to "Packaging", so the order has now been sent to their warehouse. (happy dance) I went with their "Super Eggsaver" shipping because I am still waiting on monoblocks and a HCC i9 anyway, although I will likely plug one 7900X into the mobo with a spare Noctua NH-D15S that I have, just to perform a POST test and check that the mobo works okay.

EDIT3: If you are a registered/subscribed user on neweggbusiness.com, you can enter promo code B2BEMCSEP2 to get a $25 discount off of your R6E order. This promo code ONLY works on neweggbusiness, not on their regular newegg.com site:
