Rampage VI extreme m.2 issue and other issues

I have a problem with this mobo,my m.2 gets way too hot around 50C in idle under that plastic LED shield and on dimm m.2 card can't install two m.2 because there is no space for it(8 sticks of ram),also that fan bracket thingy doesn't fit....So I have no available m.2 slots on this mobo...I found solution for VRM troubles(Thank God on EKWB beautiful monoblock for this board) and also GPUs 1080ti waterblocks do not fit in first PCIe x16 slot, tried Aorus and Strix, nothing works ,so I lowered them to third PCIe slot and returned one of the GPUs because I don't need two GPUs in 8x mode on 1000euro CPU that have 44 lanes...But m.2 is something I just can't work out how to solve...
So I have a mobo that cost 730euro,that can't fit dual x16 watercooled GPUs,that can't cool m.2 so I had to use SATA drive for now,and VRMs that are HOT as hell (at least I solved that with monoblock-because fan bracket for this also can't fit,you know, case dimensions aren't trough the roof),one USB 2.0 internal header so I had to route external usb to internal usb 2.0 header for controllers and USB splitters. But hey,at least LEDs look good even tough AURA software doesn't work too.So you need to add to 730euro more than 250euro for monoblock, fans that you can't install, usb converters.Great job Asus!Great job!I wish I wish I could return it!
Your TUF 1 x299 motherboard have much better layout that can fit and cool two m.2 SSDs,you know heatsinks and fan on it, and two watercooled GPUs and 8 sticks of RAM than this so called top of the line product, and all of that for 500euro cheaper than RAMPAGE VI EXTREME.Gonna cry now.Sorry for the long rant everyone.

For the M.2 I would suggest this little device from EK. With it on it will keep your M.2s under 40-50C easy. I have had two of them on the DIMM.2 and no problems with the RAM. I'm NOT sure if it will fit underneath the shield. That being said, 50C is not a terribly bad for the m.2 to be at. They normally don't even consider throttling until they hit 85-90C. Alternatively you can get the Hyper x16 and put it in slot #1 and use the x16 speed for it or you can put it in one of the other slots and use it at x8 speed which is fine for 2 m.2s.

Ok guys before I build my new system up in the new Caselabs SMA 8a case - being dispatched next Friday(woot), which would be the best 480 rads to use?
I currently have available 2x Alphacool UT60 crossflow rads I could use, or would I be better with Hardware labs Nemesis GTX rads for better performance? In
either case I will be using gentle typhoons or Vardars with a fan controller, and two latest spec D5 pumps. - unless you can suggest better?

    Open to suggestions here.

Want to maximise storage performance too - so should I use say Samsung 961 pro drives in raid via Vroc for windows drive? or something else? Your suggestions please gents.
