Without a program and with a full mouse reset in the game world of warcraft no problem. But now the mouse is not lit and I cannot configure the dpi and 6-th and 7-th mouse button. Without a program they don't work. I think it's a problem in the firmware or software for the mouse.

guys help me please to solve the problem. Or just have to wait for new firmware or software?
MB - Asus Rampage iv formula (bios 5001)
MB on the second computer - Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 (bios 2901)
both have windows 10 (64) The problem with this mouse on two computers the same. With a full reboot (LMB+RMB+scroll when you connect) and remove armoury in the game world of warcraft, the mouse works fine but without the backlight and additional buttons.

Maybe it's a conflict between the Razer synapse and ROG Armoury? Because I use keyboard and gamepad from razer.Last edited by Ivlin; 09-24-2017 at 07:09 PM.

My system specs are set up in here, under my name to the left (obv)
I have PM'd you the link for the video on my google drive...

After long trials I learned. If you change any settings in the program and save the changes, the mouse works fine in games. When I turn on the computer, I need to open the software to change the setting (for example, assign a button or change the response time of a button or something else), and only then start the game. Because if this is not done then the games will have problems with sticking the buttons. What is it? The weapon version is 1.0.218, and the firmware version is 0180.
