    the 1401 RC bios seems to address the issue with the BIOS temp reading.
    still has some fluctuation on the temp reading, but at least I can continue to use motherboard for fan controls.

    Asus now wants me to send my board back in to the engineering team so they can examine my motherboard. When I talked to them on the phone they told me the problems I was having was not a shared issue. I am wondering if the guy I talked to did not know what he was talking about or they simply do not read the forums. The only thing they said they knew about was ram speeds and the cpu offset.
