We can't offer refund because the PoS (point of sale) is with the retailer, if you wish to refund the product it must be through the retailer.

Can you please share with me what temperatures you're see with this laptop? What kind of surface are you putting the laptop on? If you can take some screenshots to show then it would be easier for our support representatives to identify if it's an issue with your unit. Please also list what games or apps you're running when the laptop is throttling.
