Well not really you can only decide to bump the fan speed from the highest point it jumps at. Using Fan Expert to do it.

One solution Asus could to quick fix is only give the average or median of 10 previous readings instead of true real time readings every second to eliminate the problem.
This is beyond me why the have no thought about this quick fix on those bios updates yet...
