    Cool How to update my 752vs graphic card driver? (1070)

    Hi guys
    My laptop is rog 752vs with 6820 cpu and 1070 vga card.
    The newest drive that asus post on their support website was in Oct 2016 start with 368.xx whereas the newest nvidua official driver released recently reaches 382.XX

    But I can't install nvidia official version cuz it always says installed failed.

    Anyone has the same problem or know a solurtion? much appreciated!

    you can try my preferred way of flushing/ reinstalling display driver.

    1. go here: . download it, keep it in a folder.
    2. go here: . get the latest version of DDU (display driver uninstall), keep it in the same folder where you downloaded your display driver.
    3. run the DDU. choose the "restart to safe mode" option. you may have to disable pause some third party antiviruses as it might interfere with the display driver flushing. i had this problem with Kaspersky's Antivirus for ASUS.
    4. continue what the wizard says when in safe mode. then restart.
    5. you're back to clean-ish windows. install the Nvidia driver that you downloaded earlier.
