I have an i7 7700k , z270e mobo, evga GeForce 1080, and Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (4 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) .
I just assembled my pc and now it wont get past post everything is hooked up correctly I believe the yellow dram light comes up on the motherboard. ive tried using only 1 stick and moving it around in each slot and still nothing. Any Solutions? could the ram not be compatable somehow?

See if you can borrow another memory module for testing and if possible, from another brand. Crucial RAM has a bad history on ROG motherboards.

I just checked the QVL sheet for that motherboard:
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1151/STRIX_Z270E_GAMING/Strix-Z270E-Gaming_memory_QVL.pdf?_ga...

Your RAM Part Spec ''BLS4K4G4D240FSA'' is not on that sheet.

It's quite feasible that that particular RAM module does not work on the motherboard, or is extremely finnicky to get working properly.

We got different ram to test that is on the list ; Corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 2x8gbs CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 and that didnt work should i send my motherboard back for rma?

Not yet. Try removing your components from your case. Use the motherboard cardboard box as a testbench. Also while you're removing everything, inspect the CPU socket for any bent or missing pins.
