Asus g551vw vs GL502vm vs GL553VW

I'm considering buying gl553vw or gl502vm because they have usb type c & better speakers. Does anyone know if these 2 asus laptops have better webcam in low light? Is screen quality still the same as g551vw?

Hi Kennyreid95; I've bought a GL553VW regret my mistake it's a good laptop but the 502 is way far better or get the 17" inchs sreen 702 model not sure but if you don't want spend more $ then stick with the 502 model no optical drive ! But much better speakers ! By the way mine it's not bad bought it in a promo my regrets are special because of the GPU not a 10 NVidia series .... small bank account..... not a rich guy ...... but steel good for my needs

Yeah So my asus fy212t does not have usb type c. I compared my laptop to other asus laptops gl553vw & gl501vm. I did research read reviews the 2 laptops have poor battery life & speakers are mediocre which is disappointing so now I won't consider buying these asus laptops. Now I don't care for great quality speakers on laptop anymore I'd rather use headphones for better battery life. I decided to keep the fy212t even though it's not the most futureproof laptop, no usb type c, but do I really need usb type c in a laptop?

Hi again the big question was usb type c mine has it im sure the aftermarket stores would do a conversion by the way type c but not thunderbolt ! Got an iphone firewire not sure about the lables anyway there are conversions to usb soooowwww these guys justbwant to suck money like microsoft controler works with usb type A and bluethoth buy a stupid stick just for that ! 20 $ ! Money makers its like games on the Stream pay pay and pay

The gl553vw has usb type A. I wonder why there is no Usb type c? The gl553vw is a 2016 laptop model. I can't find any official reviews for the gl553vw & to purchase the gl553vw is hard to find I can't seem to find i7 gl553vw anywhere. Is there a need for usb type c? I wish my laptop had usb type c. I don't understand why asus didn't add usb type c for the g551vw I mean it's a 2015 model, usb type c existed in 2015 so what gives?
