"Missing" 16GB RAM

Hello ROG

I should have 32GB RAM (2x 16GB) on my new device but my system is only showing 16GB. I checked both bios and system info but it's just showing 16GB. What might be causing this?

Appreciate some help.
Thanks

You didn't state what motherboard this is or what memory kit you bought. It's possible that the memory is not compatible, unstable at current settings, or simply faulty. You may be able to get it stable by manually adjusting the memory voltage and timings.

I would first check if the RAM modules are fully seated into their slots... it is happening quite often that we are too gentle while inserting them - make sure that they are completely in
Then I would also check swapping the modules between the slots... that way you could identify if one of the modules or some of the slots are faulty...

Thanks guys

I have found what caused the issue and got it resolved. Appreciate it.
