    With no confirmed reports of this combination successfully working, and >5 Reports of users who are experiencing the same incompatibility - what's it going to take for either vendor to act on this and perform investigation themselves? I can't imagine it would take much effort from either vendor just to test the combination and confirm the issue atleast then future customers could be warned and not stuck in a blame game between two companies.
