So basically the title, I could reach 3600 Mhz without a problem at various straps on the rather "experimental" BIOS that elmor posted on the forum 9943. Now I have tried 1401/1403, expecting perhaps even better results given that 1403 is very close to being official, with only a few remaining bugfixes remaining, but no, I cannot get above 3200 MHz no matter what I try. Straps, extreme voltages (1.45v), procODT settings, SOC voltages etc etc.

1700X @ 3.8 GHz
2x8 GB Samsung B-die (as you can see)
The B channel of memory on my motherboard is not working. Therefore both RAM sticks are in the 2 closest ram slots (single-channel, in other words).
