Received a replacement video card with faulty fan

I RMAd my Strix 480 because the middle fan did not spin. I received a replacement very quickly so that was great, however, in this one the middle fan makes a lot of noise, especially at low speed. Shipping in Canada is very expensive, I have already spent $18 to send the original card to Asus and I do not want to do that again. Please advise what information you need to fix this. Thank you!

Thanks for contacting us regarding this, please PM me with the following information:

    Product S/N:
    Previous RMA#:
    Previous Case#s:

Once I have this information I will pass this to our Taiwan service team to further escalate this case. If the replacement is defective then we will ask them to send you a shipping label to have you send it back again for repair. I apologize for the inconveniences caused.
