He said the same thing to me but reverting back to 382.** fixes the issue so Nvidia is crapping X299 on all 384.** branch
and when asked whats the problem on X299 they say they are working with board manufactors (they dont no that nvidia is working with them)
and that motherboards are still in SLI certification this is a big pile of BS
382.** X299 was not available when does drivers came out so nvidia is killing it now and blaming it on hardware . asus gigabyte, msi , asrock, etc
cheers

Bottom line, it's really very simple. How you choose to perceive the situation is the issue here. Rolling back to an earler build may very well result in better scaling. It's a band aid, and performance will be ready when the drivers are.
There is no need for you to cloud the air with tinfoil. The drivers aren't ready yet. Ideally, yes you want them ready for launch - however as far back as I can remember this has not been the case on any platform.

New BIOS does nothing as far as I can tell. There might be a slight improvement with Single GPU usage but SLI is still thrashed.
On a side note - @Silent Scone and @TSportM: I got the same thing from Nvidia - all blame was placed on the MB manufacturers. The elevated support member I spoke with claimed they were working with Asus, Gigabyte etc... After speaking with both Gigabyte and EVGA (the guy I got asked their MB dept also) they were completely unaware of the situation. My assumption is that the drivers are the issue, not the MB UEFI. We should really take this to Nvidia's board and I agree that at least once in awhile Nvidia should admit to a mistake they made.Last edited by onmybikedrunk; 07-31-2017 at 06:53 PM.

Either what he's saying is getting lost in a language barrior, or you plainly don't understand. He's telling you they're working with vendors to improve performance to get you a working driver. No where in that post does it say MB vendors are at fault.
I'd agree that you should take posts like this to the NV forums, though and cause the confusion there, rather than here

Many people and regulars here are still waiting for Rampage IV APEX and Extreme, when they get their systems up and running we will have a lot more feedback on this issue if it still persists. My Strix is at the hands of the retailer as it died and will receive it within few weeks. I am goin to grab the Extreme as soon as it is available here.
Anyone else tried playing with the UEFI settings I posted?Main: Xeon W-3175X - Dominus Extreme - 48 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4-3200 - Palit RTX2080TI H2O - Phanteks Enthoo Primo - Corsair AX1500i - Samsung 960 PRO 1 TB + Intel 600P 1TB
