Z270i Gaming Strix. Memory manual timing setup. Confused with names.

I have an issue with mine LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Memory Kit - Black (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) . As long as it is default frequency, everything works fine. When I turn on XMP the machine starts and works OK too, but only until next restart. After restart screen goes black and I need to reset BIOS to make it work again.

If my memory tech-specs are:

Performance Profile - XMP 2.0

SPD Latency - 15-15-15-36

SPD Speed - 2133MHz

SPD Voltage - 1.2V

Speed Rating - PC4-25600 (3200MHz)

Tested Latency - 16-18-18-36

Tested Speed - 3200MHz

Tested Voltage - 1.35V

The naming of different timing fields in MB BIOS is rather confusing, as it is not standard naming: CL TRCD TRP TRAS? What fields should I manually change according to "Tested Latency" to make it work on my system with 3200MHz speed?

Thanks

DRAM CAS# Latency - 16
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay - 18
DRAM RAS# ACT Time - 36
DRAM Command Rate - 2

Also note that since you're running DDR4 3200 memory, you might need to tweak your SA & IO voltages. Here's a table to guide you along the way.
