So my advice to you for what it's worth, since you can't get Chino's suggestion to work, is to just revert to the 2016 driver until such a time as the new signed driver is released. I'm not sure if you were just joking with Chino or not, but if your comment was intended sarcastic you may not get any additional help.

No, I don't work for Asus so I cannot upload it, and Asus has removed the link for the 2016 driver on the motherboard's Driver & Tools download page under the AUDIO tab (Asus, why?).

However, I believe THIS IS THE DIRECT LINK to download that version, it's listed as August not July but it's the same version. It does work in Windows 10, I am using it now. But it conflicts with your power management, so you might need to use Wayne's workaround from this thread.

Sorry, wrong link. Like I said I do not work for Asus and they took it down from the site (after they reworked that page). What did Asus tell you when you called them to ask for the driver?

You can try THIS ONE INSTEAD. I am pretty sure it's the previous version driver, but I'm not at my main computer right now to check the exact version number. This one is Asus version 1.9.114.20 and the new one on the downloads page is 1.9.114.23. I'll have to check later.

Thanks @davemon50. I was surprised that ASUS pulled the older drivers, seeing this non signed driver mess. There was a 21 between 20 and 23 which wasn't signed either. If I have time I will try the driver you linked, would have been nice to see an ASUS rep doing this.

Yes, thank you for pointing it out, you are right. And now that I've had a chance to check this, that's the version I am running, 1.9.114.21 (not sure if there ever was a .22, I never saw an update after this one here labeled .21, until this year).

Here is a TEMPORARY LINK TO DOWNLOAD VERSION 1.9.114.21 if you want it. Link will go dead 7 days from this post.

Ok, did fiddling around with the driver and could get the v1911421 (direct link from ASUS) release running on my Windows 10 x64 1703.

The v1911420 has also a non working signature or non at all for W10 1703.

    Thanks davemon50.

Great, hope that's helpful. The sacrifice will be the sleep mode of your computer might get compromised, so keep an eye on that and implement the workaround above if you have to.

Unpacking the v1.9.114.23 zip from the support page, reveals a folder named V1.9.114.22. So here we have the missing 22
