Hello,
Did some has a succsesfull stable OC with ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING and Ryzen 5 2400G?
With APU and MB I also use 8Gb x 2 3200 MHz, G.Skill Ripjaws V .
And 4011 BIOS.
My best "almost stable" result is CPU on 3800 and GFX part set to Auto.
When I set some value to gfx part after some point of time I receive BSOD.
Maybe problem can also be related to drivers or BIOS version.
If some have good setup it will be nice to tried it work in my case.
Thanks.

I'm just posting what works for me. If you really want to know WHY? I like "Balanced Mode" It's cause
In "Balanced Mode" my vcore voltage drops when the CPU is idle
and
In "High Performance" mode it always at full voltage even in Ryzen Mode it drops alittle but not alot" so thats WHY
If something else works for you then that's great but the real question is
WHY YOU SO BUTT HURT with what works for me?Last edited by RaffieKol; 10-17-2018 at 01:17 AM.

So far on 4024 for me there weren`t so many problems...although there was a weird one when I enabled DOCP Standard, everything worked fine the first day but all of a sudden when powering on the pc it would start and then shut down and start back up again(I could hear the power supply switch on-off-on), like the memory wasn`t stable...I reset the BIOS to default settings and used the other DOCP setting and same memory settings and no problem since...as for problems in Windows like black out and/or unresponsive none like that, but most of them in my opinion and as many here stated are caused by Windows and/or program conflicts...
On another note the Nahimic services were blocking uTorrent from opening properly, sometimes it took almost a minute for the program to start...
@exelionx if you want to get the 2700x, I would strongly suggest a different board, maybe the B450 Strix one if you really want Asus and rather "pocket friendly" but if you want to OC that chip go for a x470, yea more expensive but you won`t pull your hair out trying to set memory and cpu as you like or need ...Last edited by Fredy M; 10-21-2018 at 12:06 PM.

The latest BIOS that actually works for this motherboard is 3805 which uses AGESA 1.0.0.0a! Too many people have reported a plethora of issues and even WORSE results regarding RAM speeds even though it is based on AGESa 1.0.0.2a. What the heck is going on with this board? I bought a ROS STRIX motherboard because the brand name is supposed to mean quality build and support. So far the build quality has been mediocre at best while the support has been virtually nonexistent. Most other manufactuerers have AT LEAST updated their boards to 1.0.0.4a which is a lot better than what we have. My patience with ASUS is running out and I think for the first time in over a decade I might seek out another brand for my motherboard as this complete lack of BIOS support, which is integral to Ryzen, is completely unacceptable. I e-mailed Asus support about it a month ago and they said that their engineers were hard at work on an update which should be out soon. Well it has been a month and I don't know what soon means, but this is just trying my patience a little bit too hard. We are all missing out on the great leaps in system performance that t he new AGESA 1.0.0.6 provides while AMD is already pumping out even never versions of it.
AMD is readying a newer version (1.0.0.7) which is supposed to be a huge overhaul of if Asus decides to skip over 1.0.0.6 as they did 3, 4, and 5 we may not be seeing a new BIOS for months to come.
Anyone else here thinking of jumping ship as well?Last edited by Exostenza; 11-01-2018 at 01:08 AM.

Yes. I've used ASUS boards in all the PCs I've built for a while now, but I feel like I've been punched in the teeth with this board. Add in the lacklustre quality and design flaws with the Strix Vega GPUs and the company looks like it is just pumping out over-priced cheap crap by milking their previous reputation.
As for BIOSes, the one I keep going back to us 3401. All the newer ones cause problems and I'm only running my R7 1700 at 3.8 and 3200 CL14 RAM at 3066.

With BIOS 4024 i`m stable now. I gave the FlareX to my wife and use GSkill Aegis 3000MHz with D.O.C.P. standard.

Is anyone else having issues with the sound drivers? Back when they came out they would often randomly pop up saying a restart is needed but that stopped for some time, however recently mine has started it again and then i noticed that a crash dump file was being copied to the clipboard as if something was crashing and after a little investigation i found it was a nahamic component that's part of the asus sound drivers and looking at the task manager i could see it stat and stop constantly and each time causing massive cpu spikes, i uninstalled and did a driver clean and reinstalled and the same behaviour, i eventually disabled the service and all seems to work ok but its an odd one and i was wondering if others are having the same issues.
