Just thought I'd let ya'll know I have moved on from this mobo, it was actually very good and never gave me any problems but Micro Center had an Open Box ASRock X470 Taichi for $145 and I figured it was a good deal. I have it set to manual voltage right now and I'm trying to work my way back up to 3800. It's alot easier OC'ing with manual voltage honestly. I'll keep in touch thanks and let's hope Ryzen 3000 is great!
One thing I miss is the ASUS Sonic Suite :|

Hi all, recently reformatted my computer and did a clean install. After installing windows I proceeded to install the latest amd chipset drivers (Version 18.50.06 2019/01/23 371.01 MBytes) from the site. Right after that and a restart realised the keyboard has stopped responding. And it remains dead for several restarts. I had to plug out and plug in my usb to get back power on the keyboard. Surprisingly during the time the keyboard was dead. The device manager shows 4 HID compliant keyboards, and the devices I see the model name of my keyboard no problems. It is just unresponsive. I suspect it may be due to power settings so set the usb suspend to off.
Still couldn't fix it. After a night, the morning startup will cos the keyboard to not respond still.
EDIT: Fixed with disabling fast startupLast edited by haze.1986; 02-27-2019 at 12:14 AM.

Noticed recently that HWinfo64 no longer displays core temps, just the CPU package. Anyone else using that software experiencing similar issue?
I'd like to deploy my troops in her country.

Thank you for sharing the link - thought I was going mad, but sorry others have the same issue.
I've only used CPU-Z
Is there anything you would suggest? and did you and the others fins a solution?
Built a system
Motherboard - Asus ROG STRIX B350-F Socket AM4 AMD B350
Graphics - ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB ROG STRIX GAMING OC GDDR5
Memory - Corsair Vengeance RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3000 MHz C16 XMP 2.0
CPU - AMD YD260XBCAFBOX Ryzen 5 2600X Processor
It's also got
ASUS PCE-AC56 Carte PCIe Wi-Fi double bande AC1300
Standard HDD and Samsung SDD
Corsair water cooling, keyboard, mouse
It connects to a monitor via DVI
The issue is just at any random time, the screen will go black. Keyboard and mouse will have no lights and the system will be unresponsive.
All the case fan's lights etc are still working.
The only thing you can do is a hard reset.
I have had this running day on my bench, no issues.
other times it has "tripped@ 11 times in a row.
I've updated all the drivers.
Spoken to Asus support but no one has a clue as to why.
Any ideas?
I am getting a dxdiag report and will post this when I have it

DIP 5 may be the problem. Is that running in the background?
Stop using CPU-Z, as well.
Also, are you running the latest BIOS?I'd like to deploy my troops in her country.

The issue can come down to several things, there was an issue where hardware monitor software will cause black screen crashes, I would remove it all as there is no reason to have this installed and this includes AIsuite or the Ryzen master software.
The other thing it could be is the ram, the B350 is twitchy with ram and 3000 ram will rarely ever run stably at 3000, my 3000 would blue screen and sometimes black screen or fail to boot when ever i try 3000 but dropping back to 2866 and it is stable and no issues.

Major new BIOS update issued! Fingers crossed this means that Zen 2 chips will be supported on B350. Almost 20MB, wowza...
Version 4602 2019/03/25 19.93 MBytes
ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING BIOS 4602
Update AGESA 0072 for the upcoming processors.
ASUS strongly recommends that you update AMD chipset driver 18.50.16 or later before updating BIOS.

It's only around 10 MB but AGESA 0.0.7.2 means Zen 2 Support AFAIK. Its 20 because, for what ever reason, they packed the bios 2x into the zip file.
