IBT run at Standard and high without any problems, around 54 GFlops

Long post, short answer :-). I'm not an overclocking guru, but I realised, that the silicone shuffle with this board is huge. No board seems to be the same. First I believe the 3803 bios is the worst out there. I have gone back to 3401.
As flashing back, doesn't work on this board, there is a thread how to do it. I tried it, ---- IT WORKS 100%
    https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthrea...-AMD-roll-back.

As explained above, with my first board I reached 3800MHz easy, to get it stable under IBT maximum settings I only had to push the voltage to offset +0.05, and everything was ok. Now with the new board I struggle to get 3600MHz stable.
That said I recommend to use the most demanding CPU torture out there - That's the Intel Burnin Tool - for AMD processors the ASX version. The download link is a couple of post above. Test out if your system is stable. The advantage of IBT is, that you haven't to wait hours to get a positive or negative result. 1 pass at maximum, (about 5 minutes) and you know if your system is stable or not.
Go down to base optimised defaults and start fresh from there. To do that, shut down your pc, shortcut to clear bios, take the battery out for a couple of minutes, load optimal defaults and start fresh. Than we will see how it works

Not more dangerous as update, only you have to do a couple more steps,

once prepared the stick and copied the files to it and rebooted, the downgrade proceeds on it's own

I'm kind confused atm. Why is there an ASMedia USB Driver for the B350-F Gaming when there is no ASMedia USB Controller on the board?!

I can't help on that, for me it has worked flawless.
    1. I created the bootable stick, (fat32 - for bios, image)
    2. copied the dos files to the stick
    3. Downloaded the 3401 bios
4 used the tool to create rom file (action/capsule/extract body file)
    5. saved new rom file as bios.rom
    copied it to the stick
    reboot
    and that was it
First I had reset the 3803 bios to optimised defaults.

In any case I have the created rom file in my cloud to download
