Mini micro studder lagg
I have a rampage v extreme and vengeance lpx 32gigs of corsair ram at 2666 mhz, a evga 1060 ssc and i7 5820k, overclocked at 4.3 ghz, with my core voltage at 1.296 and for some reason when I play games I get this mini micro studder lag, don't know what it is, I've even put my cup back to stock and still no help, ive replaced my video card and motherboard and cpu and still nothing, here is a clip of it happening in over watch at 13 to 16 seconds you can see it happening, any help would be appreciated. Check out this clip! ChompOnThisTV playing Overwatch! https://clips.twitch.tv/ApatheticGol...erRiPepperonis

Have you tried disabling core parking through regedit? Could also be the network you are on so you could try resetting router.

Yeah you should check if your ping is spiking and this can also be caused by issue with hard drive. Are you running this game on your SSD or your 1TB WD hard drive?

I think you should find out what's causing this by using LatencyMon to find the conflict, I think It might be driver related that's causing the issue and it's a good chance it's audio related.

this it what it says after I run that

CONCLUSION
__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _____
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:39:25 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

CPU SPEED
__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _____
Reported CPU speed: 330 MHz
Measured CPU speed: 1 MHz (approx.)
Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. Disable variable speed settings like Intel Speed Step and AMD Cool N Quiet in the BIOS setup for more accurate results.
WARNING: the CPU speed that was measured is only a fraction of the CPU speed reported. Your CPUs may be throttled back due to variable speed settings and thermal issues. It is suggested that you run a utility which reports your actual CPU frequency and temperature.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _____
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.
Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 1321.271636
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 1.897241
Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 1320.030422
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 0.571935

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _____
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.
NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.
Process with highest pagefault count: svchost.exe
Total number of hard pagefaults 30731
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 13831
Highest hard pagefault resolution time (µs): 1199097.976061
Total time spent in hard pagefaults (%): 0.050862

Sweep all your drivers then reinstall to the latest or reinstall Windows. When you get this many errors it's usually an accumulation of problems with your OS and if cleaning out drivers doesn't fix the problem then the only other way is to do a fresh install of OS.
