Mini studder lagg
I have a rampage v extreme and vengeance lpx 32gigs of corsair ram at 2666 mhz, on xmp profile 1, and evga 1060 ssc and i7 5820k, overclocked at 4.5ghz, with my core voltage at 1.3 and for some reason when I play games I get this mini micro studder lag, don't know what it is, I've even put my cpu back to stock and still no help, ive replaced my video card and motherboard and cpu and still nothing, here is a clip of it happening in over watch at 13 to 16 seconds you can see happening https://clips.twitch.tv/ApatheticGol...erRiPepperonis
I've also checked my temps while it happens and my gpu doesn't go above 69 and my cpu is at like 50 to 55, so I don't think it's the temps, I've also tried a diff hdd and reinstalled windows 10 twice on 2 different hard drives and one ssd here is all my specs
I've also noticed in the bios that my ram frequency says 2667 for some reason not sure if that could be the cause or how to fix it
Motherboard - Rampage V Extreme LGA - 2011
GPU - GTX 1060

Headphones - Sennheiser PC 350 SE
SoundCard - Sound Blaster Z

Mouse - Logitech G403 Prodigy
Mousepad - RED DRAGON - EXCO Extra Extended Gaming Mouse Pad
Power Supply - Cooler Master Silent Pro M850 Series Modular 850W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified
Mouse Bungee - CM Storm Skorpion
Webcam - Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920
This happens when i stream and without streaming I've tried other forums and no help, please guys this has been going on for awhile still no fix, I would really appreciate it to help get it fixed, fyi this happens in all 3 games I play like h1x1 and pubg, and overwatch, the clip above is from overwatch. Thanks guysLast edited by Dkp1988; 08-07-2017 at 08:12 PM.

Tried your twitch link and it doesn't seem to work. Did this problem start recently or ever since you've owned the system?

Even if you reinstalled Windows this could be driver related as mentioned previously. Windows Update installs new drivers automatically so it's possible that 4-5 months ago Windows Update has a new driver for one of your devices. You may want to try disabling driver updates through Windows Update (google for how to do this) and then install older graphics and audio drivers from the ASUS website to see if it's any better.

When I troubleshoot issues like this I usually take a few minutes to look at what apps and services are running in the background, and disable the ones that can be temporarily disabled. I use settings-apps startup, windows built-in configsys, and Autoruns to disable things and to see what can be disabled. I leave all Microsft and Windows things running/enabled. Then I start turning off/disconnecting/disabling hardware that I don't use. What usually happens is that the windows event logs start recording problems that lead to a solution. The other thing is to now do some general maintenance tuneup of the pc. If after all of that no difference is seen, now you know you have a driver or software issue.
I will add one thing. You should be able to rule out hardware problems with some hardware diagnostics.
